11:45 am                     Captain/Coach Meeting (high school) Asheville’s 4th MSF high school tournament              

12:00 am -5:30            Youth Ultimate Tournament (high school)

 6:00-9:30 pm              Goaltimate Tournament.

Max. 4 teams     Cost $50.00        Teams roster limited to 6 players

2:00 pm                       Ultimate Clinic.  Throwing and catching tips / offensive and defensive strategies

 Open to all - beginners to super-stars

2:30 pm – 4:30 pm      Ultimate pick-up   (open to anyone)
